1. Sprint Racing – FUNdamental
- Our Sprint Racing program is for athletes 14 years old and under (Born in 1996 and later)
- 5 mornings per week for Single, Tandem, and Four person crews
- + 2-3 afternoons per week for War Canoe practices

2. Sprint Racing – Development
- Our Sprint Racing program for athletes 15 years old and over (Born in 1995 and earlier)
- Eight to ten early morning or evening practices per week for Single, Tandems, and Four person crews
- + 2 evenings per week for War Canoe practices
- July 4 to Sept 2
3. War Canoe
- For athletes 15 years and over (Born in 1995 and earlier), not paddling in the Sprint Racing -Development program, who would like to experience one of the most exciting and athletic team boats on the water
- 2 evenings per week
- July 4 to Sept 2
4. Full-Day Paddle Camp (Canoe Kids)
- Our full-day paddling introduction program. Your kid(s) will learn the basics of recreational paddling and competitive paddling
- A great weekly base program that is a lot of fun for these young athletes
- 9:00 to 4:30, Monday to Friday
- Paddle camp weeks offered from July 4 to Sept 2
5. Adult Paddling
- Great program combining Dragon Boat and recreational paddling
- Supervised by certified instructors and Dragon Boat coaches
- 2 nights a week of Dragon Boat + 2 nights a week of recreational paddling
- Monday to Thursday
- July 4 to Sept 1
6. Paddle-All
- Our program for young and adult athletes with disabilities
- 2 afternoons per week (Youth) or 2 evenings per week (Adult)
- July 4 to Sept 2
7. Sprint Racing – Spring Training
- Spring training for experienced sprint racers (Bantam and Up)
- 3-5 training sessions per week, after school and weekend mornings
- Single boats only
- May 1 – June 30
8. Sprint Racing – Fall Training
- Fall training for sprint racers (Bantam and Up)
- 3-5 training sessions per week, after school and weekend mornings
- Single boats only
- Sept 6 – Oct 31
